Terms and conditions

By creating an account or using the iBUILD platform (ibuild.expert), you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the platform.

iBUILD is a construction project management platform: phase-by-phase guidance, site journals, documents, minutes and collaboration between owners and professionals. iBUILD is an organization and record-keeping tool — it does not replace licensed professional services (certified site supervisors, architects authorized to sign, design checkers, etc.) and does not constitute legal or technical advice.

• You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity on your account.
• Information provided at registration must be accurate and current.
• An account can operate in both owner and professional modes.

Uploaded content (projects, photos and documents) remains your property. You grant us only the technical license needed to store and display it on the platform, to you and to the people you choose to give access to. You are responsible for ensuring this content does not violate the law or the rights of others.

The platform facilitates contact between owners and professionals (invitations, offers and project teams). Contracts, prices and construction work are agreed directly between the parties; iBUILD is not a party to these contracts and does not guarantee the quality of services provided by users. We recommend checking professional certifications and licenses before engaging a professional.

• The free plan does not require payment details.
• Project, Pro and Business offer monthly and yearly subscriptions purchased in the iPhone app through Apple. The website presents the offer and does not automatically charge a card. Enterprise requires a custom quote. Historic purchases retain their term and renewal conditions.
• In the iPhone app, purchases are completed through Apple. Product type, period, price and renewal conditions are displayed before confirmation. Cancelling a recurring subscription stops the next renewal, not the period already paid for; fixed-duration products do not renew automatically.
• Displayed prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.

Using the platform for illegal, misleading or harmful content, spam, unauthorized access to other users’ data, or disruption of the service is prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.

The platform is provided “as is”. We make reasonable efforts regarding availability and accuracy but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the previous 12 months. Checklists and legal information on the platform are for guidance — always check the requirements of local authorities.

You can delete your account at any time in settings. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, with prior notice where reasonable.

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes are resolved amicably or, failing that, by the competent courts in Romania. Contact: support@ibuild.expert.
