Purpose
IBUILD is a construction organization, record-keeping, and tracking tool. It does not replace licensed designers, site supervisors, contractors, or legal advice.
User responsibility
Users are responsible for the accuracy of entered data, device security, and verification of the legal and technical requirements that apply to their project.
IBUILD Pro
Purchases are billed to the Apple account. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends and can be managed in App Store account settings. Fixed-term, non-renewing products expire at the end of the purchased period; continuing requires a new purchase. The product type, duration and price are displayed before purchase confirmation.
Cancellation and restoration
Cancellation stops future renewal and Pro access continues until the paid period ends. Eligible purchases can be restored in the app. Refund requests are handled by Apple.
Website plans and invoice requests
New accounts receive 7 days of Project access, with no card and no automatic charge. The free plan remains available with the displayed limits. In Romania, the website supports an invoice request or bank-transfer confirmation; submitting a request does not confirm payment or activate a subscription automatically. Activation follows payment verification. For other countries, purchases are completed in the iPhone app. The interface language does not change the country or currency; for Apple purchases, the final price and currency are those displayed by the App Store.
Content and availability
User-entered content remains the user's property. We make reasonable efforts to keep the app available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or complete legal information.
