IBUILD professional and legal disclaimer

IBUILD is an organisation and general-information tool. It does not replace licensed construction professionals, competent authorities or individual legal and technical advice.

Legal version dated 7 August 2026

Important

Information, not professional approval

Read this notice before making a construction decision based on an alert, check, automated suggestion, document or professional profile.

1. Scope of the service

IBUILD organises information, checklists, communications, documents and reminders. IBUILD does not design, direct, inspect, certify, approve, authorise, execute or accept construction work.

2. No professional relationship

Use does not create an architect, engineer, site-supervision, legal-adviser, contractor or fiduciary relationship and is not individual technical or legal advice. Only qualified or licensed professionals and competent authorities may make decisions or issue approvals required by law.

3. Alerts, deadlines and automated suggestions

Alerts depend on entered data, device settings, network access, permissions and the rules available in the service. They may be incomplete, delayed, duplicated or missed. Never use IBUILD as the sole source for safety, compliance, expiry dates or legal and contractual deadlines.

4. Documents, evidence and marketplace

Files, photos, timestamps, check marks, roles, badges and messages do not by themselves prove authenticity, legal validity, compliance, authorship, signature, approval or acceptance. A professional listing is not an endorsement or warranty; verify identity, licence, insurance and competence.

5. User duties and safety

Users must verify the exact location, permits, contracts, designs, standards and current rules, appoint the professionals required by law and stop work when there is a risk, conflict or stop-work instruction. IBUILD is not an emergency service.

Country and local requirements

For every project, verify national requirements and, where applicable, those of the state, Land, province, emirate, region, autonomous community, municipality and competent authority. If IBUILD conflicts with current law, a permit, contract, design document or written instruction from a competent professional or authority, those sources prevail.

Mandatory rights and liability

Nothing excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited, including, where applicable, fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury. Any permitted limitation applies only to the fullest extent allowed by law.
